Pumpkin stuffed with turkey ham and vegetables

Ingredients


1 pumpkin cut in two
100 g of turkey ham
1 grated carrot
1 celery
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation

Clean the zucchini. Put them on a low heat in a small amount of water and cover.
Once the zucchini are cooked, remove them from the heat and change them carefully. Refresh them to fill them.

Make the filling: Cut the ham into thin strips so that it crumbles, add the olive oil, salt and stir. Once mixed, add carrot and peas, stirring again.

Prepare the pumpkin on a plate being careful not to break them, add the filling and serve.

Properties of the pumpkin
