Lifestyle change is hard but it is definitely the healthiest and most sustainable route to keeping fit, not just for the summer, but all year round. The key is in the word "lifestyle".
Most people understandably want quick fixes because it is human nature to want to take any short cut we can to achieve the things we want. The problem with that attitude when applied to weight loss is it can have severe long term damaging effects.
