All of us are eating fruits and veggies without knowing what they have got for us. How much benefit for our health? Are these fruits should we eat at once or there is another timing of eating. This is a dangerous combination of food which you shouldn't eat. Don't eat yogurt with fresh fruits.

Tomato And Cucumber

Usually, we eat a tomato with cucumbers in the salad. No one even noticed that how much it is dangerous for us. Cucumber is a source of enzymes while tomato in the best source of Vitamin C that's why its combo creates digestion problem.

Watermelon with Anything

It may create a massive problem inside your body if you eat this summery food with water or anything. It's a great summer fruit to digest everything so correctly. We should not eat it with any other combo.

Egg with meat

Both foods are high protein food that's why eating as a combo makes you full of protein while we should only take suggested protein a day.
