Here I share with you which foods work and how they are included in a healthy diet. If we change some lifestyle changes play an important role and eat some foods then they can reduce hypertension. Many Indian researchers have found that certain foods can reduce hypertension. Here are some of them that can help reduce your blood pressure problem.

Leafy greens; this means that you should include more leafy vegetables on your food because they are high in potassium and magnesium. Because this potassium helps eliminate excess sodium from the body which in turn has can reduce blood pressure.

There are many other options you eat separately from lettuce, turnip greens, cabbage, broccoli, beet greens and green leaves, and spinach can provide a good part of your daily recommended intake.

Cabbage - collard greens - fennel - kale - lettuce - mustard greens - spinach - chard.

Blueberries: The big study of these many researchers is that they found that people who have been consumed most of the dark blue fruits, mainly reduce the risk of high blood pressure from blueberries and strawberries, compared to the low intake of dark blue fruits. These blueberries and strawberries contain antioxidant compounds called dark blue fruits which are a type of flavonoid in fruits.

Blackberries – blueberries – cherries – cranberries – eggplant - grape juice – plums - prunes.

Milk: The researcher says that those who drink less fat milk per week as part of the research; they found 20% reduction in their risk for developing hypertension. However the benefit is only linked to dairy consumption and its calcium supplements.

There is medium evidence to suggest that consumption of low-fat milk products can help reduce blood pressure. Its low-fat milk is an option, you can consider yogurt too. The possibility of its calcium plays a role here.

Garlic: - These changes can reduce hypertension. Many researches show that one of its studies has suggested that garlic extract reduces both systolic and diastolic blood pressure in people with high blood pressure, and its garlic increases the production of nitric oxide in the body, allowing smooth muscles to rest and blood vessels are thin.

This garlic is a natural antibiotic and antifungal meal. Its main active ingredient allicin is often responsible for related health benefits. The use of garlic instead of salt can further promote the health of the heart. The taste of many savory foods can be increased in this garlic, which includes stir fries, soup and omelet.
