Many Indian researchers have found that certain foods can reduce hypertension. Here are some of them that can help reduce your blood pressure problem.
Leafy greens; this means that you should include more leafy vegetables on your food because they are high in potassium and magnesium. Because this potassium helps eliminate excess sodium from the body which in turn has can reduce blood pressure.

The use of garlic instead of salt can further promote the health of the heart. The taste of many savory foods can be increased in this garlic, which includes stir fries, soup and omelet.
