get aout is an American thriller and horror film directed and written by Jordan Peele. the film premiered on January 24 last year at the sudance festival and was in theaters on February 24 of that same year. get aout was nominated for 4 oscar awards this year, the nominations were best film, best director, best actor best original screenplay of which only won the best original script.

The film begins with the conversation of our protagonist Cry talking to his girlfriend Rose about the visit they will make to their parents that weekend. Rose's parents are white and crys feels a bit uncomfortable next to many white people for fear of being discriminated against. on the way, they had a clash and killed a deer.

When they arrive at the parents' house everything looks very normal, until crys notices the strange faces of the black employees who work there not satisfied with that they explain to us that the mother of rouse is a psychiatrist and knows how to do therapies with hypnosis, since crys has serious problems with tobacco and wants to quit and the father is a surgeon. the first night the mother of rose decides to hypnosis crys without his permission, in a very clever way, with a cup and harmless cup of tea.

Since then the film becomes a really uncomfortable environment, every conversation, every look, every moment gives the impression that something is not right, and if you get to think that you should flee from that place. The film is really unsettling and as we move forward we realize the psychological game they play with the people of that town.

I also have to say that the end gives a lot of references to sensitive issues such as racism, discrimination and clichés of life of white rich people of ancient times. To this film I give an 8 out of 10, it is very interesting and the truth seems to me that the plot is very original, not for nothing won the best original script so I recommend it to all kinds of public, and I must warn you that the movie if it is scary and it is a very real and suffocating fear.
