Horeca Nedir?
Bugün iş başvuruları yaparken öğrendiğim kavram.
HOtel - REstaurant - CAfe kelimelerinin ilk iki harflerinden oluşuyormuş. Bu üçünün birlikte olduğu şirketleri temsilen böyle bir kelime ve sektör de türetilmiş. Ben de ilk başlarda "horeca sektöründe" ibaresini okuyunca garipsiyordum ancak gördüm ki gayet de mantıklı bir iş yapmışlar.
Genellikle Turizm Otelcilik mezunlarını alıyorlar sanırım bu arada. Çünkü ilanlarda hep mezunların ilgili bölümden mezun olmasını istiyorlar. Sanırım Türkiye'de de bu sektör hızla gelişecektir.
