Choosing healthy food in the form of natural and fresh food, accompanied by innovation in consuming it, will produce delicious healthy food.

Healthy foods can be grouped into three,

  • Fruits

  • Water

  • Vegetables

Economically choose the local fruits that are seasonal, but if enough funds, may consume imported fruits. Do not eat fruit after eating staple food, because it will complicate the digestion of the fruit itself. Give a 1/2 to 1 hour pause of fruit before a staple diet. The benefits of eating fruits are many vitamins and enzymes.

Eat fruit is for breakfast, because based on the cycle of digernaan in the morning from 04.00-12.00 is the time of disposal. At the time of this pembungan not too heavy burden to digest food Fruit is easily digested without burdening our stomach.

At 11:00 am, just before lunch, the fruit is combined with vegetable carbohydrates. From the best breakfast, do not leave breakfast for health. The shape of the fruit that we eat as it is or made juice, especially for the elderly are weak of digestion.

We recommend that fruit consumption combined with various types of other fruits such as melon, pineapple, papaya, so that your body gets enough vitamin and enzyme intake.

Water is actually a food also because it is used by our body to transport nutrients from the body's overall metabolism. Besides that our own body consists of 70% water, even our brain consists of 80% water.

Therefore we must keep the body from lack of water, if our body lack of water it will occur dehydration, dehydration will cause diseases such as high blood, constipation and others. Choose water that the content of ph or acidity level above 8 because water like this can neutralize the acidity of the stomach.

The main vegetables that should not be left behind are tomatoes, cucumbers, celery. All kinds of vegetables should be consumed in a natural state, fresh or called raw foods, whether eaten as is or made raw vegetable juice.

Especially for the elderly who have weak digestive organs, every day fresh vegetables can be consumed one or two times in small portions so as not to burden the digestive organs and still pay attention to the 4J concept of Type, Amount, Schedule, and Cooking Stance.

Other vegetables, besides tomato vegetables, cucumber, celery can be combined with broccoli, beans, lettuce, various kinds of long beans, kale, spinach and other vegetables you like. Thus create a delicious raw food when added natural dressings like honey, extra virgin olive oil, a bit of natural salt or lemon.
