The Lords of Hemp – Steemit Blog 02
Glad that the election ended with marijuana winning in Michigan and Missouri. Also, in Oregon, Greg Walden won helping to hopefully complete Hemp legislation that will create national legalization in the United States.
So, continuing with my notes on this project, starting with the introduction parts. This sequence goes along with my last entry:
Captain were getting messages from agents on N16 of a major planetary moment. Radio and television waves should be available in the next couple of days. Our agents are reporting that a major world power has just made moves to claim the majority of fossil fuels available on the planet. They’re a major source of power for a primitive engine found to have caused atmospheric poison on other extinct planets. They are requesting help to reverse a fatal future.
Change course toward N16. We’ll monitor the situation closer. We won’t interfere until a moment presents itself. It’s important to maintain all life sustaining planets in the galaxy. They are few and far between. Any word on hemp production on the planet?
Negative captain. N16 made steps to discontinue its use some years ago. There are minor crops, yet as of now no initiatives to use it as a power source on a global scale.
This poor species. I’ve seen it before on other planets where the ruling class looks to keep profits in order to subjugate a majority of the people. It must be one of those situations. We’ll have to see what we can do to create a shift in planetary consciousness because eventually we’ll need some hemp fuel ourselves in order to continue our mission.

The absolute ignorance and bias surrounding this subject--hemp as a fuel, cannabis as medicine--is mind-boggling. Your piece was a nice ironic commentary.
Thanks for sharing @agmoore. Think that Hemp might begin with replacing corn ethanol at the gas pump.
I'm invested in Hemp, Inc. and they've positioned themselves to be a leader in the market. National legalization will help get the ball rolling. They were all set to sign the bill then bailed for the midterm election. There's a short session. So most likely will have to wait until next year.
