Is Hemp Oil a Miracle Medicine?

Lately I have been dabbling in Hemp Oil and taking it as a daily supplement. This doesn't contain any THC or have any effect on getting you high, but it does have some researched health benefits. Here are some of the reasons for sipping on some oil daily could do you good:

1. Helps lower cholesterol
   Studies show that taking Hemp Oil can reduce the levels of cholesterol in the blood and accelerate metabolic processes to break down the fat on the walls of arteries.

2. Helps with psoriasis
   Hemp Oil is rich in essential fatty acids and these and they are easily absorbed from Hemp Oil. These are essential in fighting psoriasis and dry skin.

3. Helps vegans and vegetarians get enough fatty acids.
   Vegan and vegetarians sometimes are lower in essential fatty acids as the omega acids are often found in fish and meat. Hemp Oil helps with this; you can ingest via hemp seeds or hemp protein.

4. Eases Rheumatoid Arthritis
   Hemp Oil is an effective anti inflammatory and trials have shown, when used over 12 weeks, helps alleviate the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.

5. Supports the symptoms of PMS
   Hemp Oil aids in hormonal balance and can be gained through ingesting hemp seeds and hemp protein.

6. Circulation
   Cold pressed hemp seed oil is well known for helping with blood circulation and it also thins the blood helping with varicose veins.

7. Moisturiser for dry skin
   Due to the fatty acid composition hemp oil is a wonderful moisturiser and serum. It is great for dry skin, nails, and dry hair. Sani Hemp is a beautiful oil to massage into the skin.

Hemp Oil can be produced from Hemp Seeds and this contains the wonderful, healthy fatty acids. Hemp Oil produced from the stem of the plant contains CBD and has additional properties for pain and anxiety but is illegal for the average person to purchase in Australia.
