Does a vote within the first 15 minutes only lose curation rewards, or does it also lose from the rewards to the author?
One of Hard Fork 20's changes is that rewards during the first 15 minutes are linearly increasing with time, if all other factors being equal.
Does the linear increase hold only for curation rewards for the voter, or does the author, the receiver of the vote lose more of his rewards the sooner the vote is cast within the first 15 minutes?
Is the effect on reputation also linearly affected by time?
Any votes cast within 15 minutes of a post lose some amount of curation rewards, but no author rewards are lost.
Authors always get 75%.
