Well as HF21 approaches it has a new RC delegation out look which will let you delegate your RC-Resource Credits and hopefully that will help the new Light Weight accounts of the new members. Chain reacting a growth of future new Steemians and a poll that would expand the mute button which would allow both account owners as well as visitors to the account not to see muted content such as unexplained downvoting spammers, scammers, and .001SBD with link attached senders, as well as those who still ask for upvotes is ongoing.Which like the implementation of Resource Credits did a great job at doing when it came to cutting spam and to that I say Thank You Steemit HF21 steem on best wishes
