Celebrate or not
9th May. The day when all the post-Soviet space marks the day of the great victory.
We are not used to celebrate these holidays, because we believe that this is just a memorable date, and these holidays for veterans, although they are not so much.
I do not think it's right to get drunk in shit, to press shish kebabs and drink for victory. In my opinion, there is another reason for this.
What an example we will show the younger generation.
Of course I would like to thank and remember the quiet word of all those who fought for their country, for their children, for their parents, for the future. We must remember the story, that it would not happen again in the future.
But today is not wasted and boring. Today we had a sweet table with such a cake. The cake is homemade. Thanks to my wife.
