- In Wilhelmshaven a mutiny of the soldiers of the German High Seas Fleet breaks out. A few days ago, in connection with the abandonment of the unrestricted U-boat war, the order was issued for a major offensive by the German fleet, according to which it had not been involved in the war for more than two years.
