I made an animation representing the total amount invested in BTC over 10-years (in US Dollars).

Please do your homework when you invest in anything!

BTC starting price of $12,000
BTC ending price of $100,000 in July of 2030
Starting date is August of 2020
Initial principal investment of $50 on August 1st of 2020.
An assumption of a 0.2% increase every month in the amount allocated to the principal.

Markets are a lot more choppy than what you see here, but you get the idea.
