It's the Little Things
In today's world, getting caught up in day-to-day struggles is easy. We focus our attention and energy on working hard to pay the bills, doing chores and tasks around the house or trying to achieve some large objective. While these things are important they shouldn't be the only things we care about in life. Don't forget to slow down once and awhile and enjoy the little things.
Too precious @canadianrenegade!! I've been cutting back on steemit and other not-as-important things that are stealing my baby's time. They grow so fast and you literally don't want to miss one step
We have had to cut back on Steemit too. We are just so busy with everything! And you are right the moments are precious. We are already missing ours being tiny little babies now they are up and running around!
How old are they @canadianrenegade? Mine just turned one and is walking all over the place! Just when I thought I already had my hands full......
They are 13 and a half months. Ha ha! Yes, walking is definitely an added challenge. I remember thinking, If they could just roll, if they could just sit, if they could just crawl, if they could just walk... And now thinking how fast time is flying by. But if your hands are full, so is your heart. - Aimee

I've been living for a while with the motto, Fly light. Life is beautiful. Most times though, its easier said than done. I'm a culprit for this as well especially these days with a toddler. I'm still working it all out each day, living without worrying and just focusing on the good and what I can do to make things better. All these while enjoying the simple things with my family.

I find it is a constant struggle to stay focused on things that really matter but it is worth it.

I am glad to see my children experience the wonders of nature. Everything is magical and pure. I sort of wish I could be that way again I am pretty jaded...
Just remember time goes by quicker then you think. The old saying “kids grow like weeds” is true.

It is easy to get distracted by screens and drama and other minor things. But it is super important to remember and spend time on the important things!!
