Impromptu Bread
Our refrigerator broke. Everything in the freezer is thawed. Need to act very quickly on making the best of food before they are spoiled.
There are leftover spaghetti source, chopped green onion, chopped chive, a little mozzarella cheese, and some guacamole.
I put everything listed above in a mixer and mix in bread yeast and enough whole wheat to make a dough, transfer the dough to a bread pan, wait for it to double in size in about two and half hours, then bake it for one hour.
I can’t believe how good the aroma and how delicious the bread is!
