What do we do when avocado in our garden is in peak season?
This is the time of the year I am picking up 20-30 avocados a day. It is time to make guacamole!
They will disappear much sooner than fresh fruits.

20-30 is a lot. The season for avocados here is mostly between December and January

Oh, that looks so good. I use ripe ones for guacamole and desserts, slightly ripe in salads.
