Trying out sun hang drying Kale
My tomatoes have yet to need the support wire I have over head so I decided to see how well sun drying kale will work. I have clothes pinned about 60 leaves on the wire in the direct sun where they also get wind. The temps are over 90F today and will be near 90 over the weekend so I am hoping to do a lot more of this if it works well.
