2 types Japanese Murasaki and Hernandez.
The trailer is about 7’ X 14’.
We are too tired.
These will be cured for about 2 weeks, then like our Irish potatoes we will crate up and store.

Our local language for this potato is YAM, it tastes very sweet
I agree with you this is not potato 🥔 anymore but growing like potatoes under the soil. It may sweet potatoes 🍠.
