More garden hauls :)
Since getting back from being away for Christmas, the garden has been going nuts!! We are getting a big bowl of tomatoes every second day almost😁
The weather has been very erratic which has been causing splits in some of the tomatoes, and also the snails have had a pretty good crack too, but those tomatoes just get put aside so we can seed them, and not need to buy seedlings next year!
The two down the bottom in bowls are capsicums. The celery is plentiful!! I LOVE celery and carrots with bacon dip😊
It’s pretty heavily overgrown in the gardening area as the whipper snipper isn’t working atm, but I do like the way it makes me feel like I’m foraging😎
This weekend though I’ll get into it and tidy up.
Have been looking into canning and making sauces, it’s good to know tomatoes can be frozen whole though as that is probably what will be happening😂

Your celery looks very succulent! do you water it a lot? Did you blanch it too to get those nice stock?
Mine always seem to be a bit stringy.
No blanching, just washed with water and chopped😁
The garden is on timed irrigation so it gets watered daily, plus we have had a fair bit of rain countered with some very hot days, they’ve just gotten so big so quickly 😊
