My Daughter Painted a Pumpkin for the Fair, and WON A BLUE RIBBON! ♥
Good morning all!
I just wanted to share with you all my daughter's prize-winning painted pumpkin! She entered it in the local fair this week and won a blue ribbon! Naturally, she is ecstatic!
She did a great job, making and painting everything by herself, without help.
Adorable unicorn food for her unicorn pumpkin! ♥
The ears came out super cute too, made of felt and hot-glued to the pumpkin. I was worried they would come off, but they stuck very well.
Here is the pumpkin at the fair with her ribbon. She will get about $20 prize money, if I'm remembering correctly. Too bad I'm too old to enter, I'd like to try and win $20 too, haha!

Thanks! It was quite creative! I was proud of her for taking the time to do it right and finish off all the details, since she usually has difficulty staying on task.
