The Jupiter in Sagittarius and the Saturn in Capricorn are forming an angle.
It tends to expand wrong desires and justice like trying to get something you don't deserve.
However, if you use it properly, you can achieve a big ambition.
For example, let's say you want to change a corrupted government.
But it is hard to do it because the people in the government are so wrong that they all will try to stop your justice being done.
So you need a sort of conspiracy here.
Maybe you cannot go further with your hands clean.

So how do we know if it is a thing worth to achieve even with a dirty trick, or a thing which you don't deserve to achieve?
It's difficult to tell.
Even if you are arrested, it doesn't always mean you are wrong, especially in developing countries.
What all you can do is to trust your decision and prepare to pay for the cost in the worst case.
