But Libra is more "flat" towards them.
They are just tools to get along with the people around him, to run society smoothly, or to look good even.
For Capricorn, they are absolute, and to follow whatever happens.
They can even be identities for some Capricorn.

One of Capricorn's virtues is "loyalty" towards his boss.
But blindly being loyal to his boss could rob a chance from him to think independently.
So he should be loyal to himself, rather than his boss.
Or true royalty may mean to tell his real opinion to his boss, even if it is a criticism.

It is a time to use rules, theories, given goals, or problems to benefit yourself.
Your boss may think he uses you, but you can use him at the same time.
To do that, you may need to know the intentions of your boss, and what he wants you to do so you can give what he wants reasonably well, as you do what you like.
