Water is highly necessary for proper functioning of organs, every single tissue requires water so that it could perform well.A dehydrated skin can even cause wrinkles and ageing.

A normal body requires atleast 8-10 glasses of water per day.Its easy to find out that your body is hydrated or not, if your urine is light yellow it means you are hydrated and if its dark yellow you might be dehydrated.

Dehydration can cause fatigue and other illnesses as well so keep your body hydrated people.
