6 EXERCISES HELP YOU TO BECOMER TALLER

So many people around the world is different in many ways and in one of those ways is height some is short and some is tall. And in class there are many people taller than you and you feel embarrassed about your height. Don’t worry because in this blog I will be showing all of you 6 exercises that can help you grow taller even if you are older than 25.

  1. Swimming

    Swimming is one of the most effective exercise to help you gain heights, it stetches both your body and your spine
    Recommendation: 5 days/ per week
    Time: several hours
    This exercise is so effective that you might see the results less than a week !

  2. Hanging exercise

    This exercise is very good and you do not need any special equipments. If you go to the gym, you can use the pull up bars or if you are too lazy or don’t have the time all you got do is find a tree branch (BE SURE TO CHECK IF IT IS SAFE FIRST!!!) or you can even use the monkey bars at the playground.

  • Hold the bars tightly and not to touch the ground with your feet as long as possible
  • Your hands must be facing away from you
  • RELAX (FEEL LOOSE)

3 Cobra pose

  • All you need is a sport mat and lie down, your palm should stay face down positioned near the middle of your ribs
  • Your leg should stay together, the tops of your feet flat in the floor
  • Use your back muscles, not your arm to lift the chest

4 Neck stretch

All you need is a chair, sit down and it should support your back

  • Start to bend your chin until it touches your chest. If it is too hard to do then bend your neck as far as it can go without you feeling pain. (Stay like this for 20 seconds and repeat it 5 times)
  • Tilt your head back as if you want to watch the sky or stars for 20 seconds then straighten your head.
    Recommendation: 5 times

5 Lifting up to your toes

This exercise is popularly known as vibration gymnastics

  • Stand straight with your heels raised for 2 minutes
  • Hold and fall back on your heels (Repeat 30 seconds)
    Recommendation: 8-10 times/ per day

6 Skipping

Skipping is another way to become taller. All you need is a skipping rope. This is a heart pumping exercise, this is also a high-speed activity and when you skip, all the muscles and ligaments of your body stretch and contract as a result you become more elastic.
