The nature of the human brain
We go back to work, we do our daily work and spend time with our family. In fact, everything looks normal from the outside, but something is now inside the rupture phase. We want to share these feelings with someone, but our prejudices (we can also say that we are the middle age crisis leader) keep us from this. This is the process of trying to keep the two rival thoughts in the human mind, which is designed to consistently reduce the conflict and minimize the discipline, in the most psychologically painful manner.
This is something that is built to do the best to solve the cognitive discrepancy in the nature of the human brain. Find out, lie, excuse and justify it, then ignore it. Most of us have been in this time dilemma to see everyone's difficulties and act as if we were not hiding everything and to show people what they want.
It is a fantasy that comes out of this inner chaos. We imagine that we set up a place in a cheap motel, and when we get there we start thinking: baş I'll stay there until people start looking for me. Then when they find me, they will know that I'm starting to lose my mind.
Many of us will of course abandon these options. We prefer to take children from school instead. We spend our hours washing dirty glasses and apologizing for the "bad choices." We will continue to force ourselves until we lose.
