- The sending of picture postcards from the German Reich abroad is now prohibited for reasons of counterintelligence.
- The cinemas in Dusseldorf point out to their young guests in newspapers and on billboards that only those who can prove that they are at least 16 years old are given access to the performances. This provision applies throughout the German Reich.
- The Association of Hotel Owners Associations of the German Reich makes an input to the Reichskekleidungsstelle, which is requested to alleviate the currently absolutely valid table linen ban.
