Ice Cream is truly an Incredibly Feat of Ingenuity and Science!!!!

Think about how much work has gone into making the ice cream we now all enjoy every day, it must have been hundreds and thousands of hours, and years, and now maybe a couple centuries of work!!!! They had to figure out how to keep it together and cold and tasty, and preserve the milk and animal products within, Then they had to figure out flavors on top of all that. When you add the other condiments and additions like nuts, chips, sprinkles, you get probably millions of different combinations!!! I have always admired these brands and their ability to make such a solid and always perfect product that brings so many people so much relief. There have been times when I am down and a cone of ice cream immediately changes my perspective!!!!!
