Introducing MOTOGRAM to the world, with Ian Balina in the audience

Before we introduce Motogram to you and explain why we believe so strongly in it and why we are certain it will make our life easier, more transparent, and trustworthy, we would like to share our first bigger public pitch experience.

It was on Monday, so you can imagine what the weekend was like. Preparations, preparations, preparations. On Monday morning, we headed to Hungary, again practicing our short, content-strong speech, trying to squeeze everything into two minutes. It is funny when we think about it — we were in the car practising the talk about how to make the car industry ecosystem a better place.

Next time it was in front of the 300 Crypto enthusiasts, who, just like us, attended one of the 10 European Meet-Ups organized by the famous Ian Balina. Budapest was his eighth European Tour stop. It was not luck that got us there. We like to believe it was our hard work. We ranked among five ICOs who got the opportunity to pitch to Balina. Yes, the Balina! Influential blockchain and cryptocurrency investor, advisor, and evangelist. He has appeared in Forbes, CNBC, Huffington Post, The Street, INC and Entrepreneur Magazine for his work in analytics, cryptocurrencies, and entrepreneurship.

Full house for Miloš’s first pitch!

“My hands were sweaty, my heart was beating fast,” Miloš, Digital PR and Social Media Manager at Motogram remembers his first ever pitch, standing in front of the man. “After your two minutes are up, you start to wonder whether you managed to impress him and all the others, to make them see your project through your eyes.”

“We did more than good,” Matej Ozim explains. Matej is MOTOGRAM’s CEO & co-founder, who took over another two minutes of our pitch, answering questions from the audience. “We made it to the finals, with the final winner Tolar. Congratulations, guys!”
