I'm sure there have been times when you were browsing through a clothing store and put some items in the shopping cart and just suddenly decided to go to Facebook to look at some cat photos. You are not alone because even I have done this like a thousand times. When scrolling through those cat photos, you might have noticed that you were getting ads of the clothes that you left in the store you were at just a few minutes ago. OMG stalkers, right?

As "stalkerish" as this is, it works. The annoying part is that the companies are using Facebook to contact you and this is making Facebook a lot of money. Won't it be better if we just give companies a way to reach us instead? Won't it be even better if companies paid us to get a way to reach us? They are going to get to us anyways but it's better if we get the money for it instead of some company that sells data.

Control How Companies Reach You

I would prefer to control how companies reach me and I would also prefer if I can get paid for it instead of Facebook.
