Trainers will be able to track student attendance and performance, plan lessons (using an automated scheduler that will offer lessons by age group) and assign homework assignments. Juno will also give them access to a large number of training materials, which will allow them to improve their skills. These materials will be provided in accordance with the level of education of their accounts. To upgrade, coaches, as well as any other academy staff, will have to pass random assessment tests. Trainers and academies will receive automatic ratings based on their tests.
These ratings will be visible to customers and give more weight to the reviews of trainers of their colleagues in the system. In combination with blockchain technology, its software (and later hardware) should enable it to develop a very efficient and transparent quality control system. This should allow maintaining a fairly high and uniform standard throughout the chain, despite the fact that it is managed by different partners in different countries. This, in turn, should promote its brand and attract more customers, solving many common problems associated with obtaining the value of their money and obtaining an appropriate level of feedback.
The Juno team includes experienced businessmen with a long-standing interest in football.
