Abolishing ICE means abolishing America's borders?

Yeah, I'm ambivalent about this.

Obviously the GOP is mischaracterizing the Democrat argument, but perversely the argument being falsely attributed to the Dems is far better than the one they're actually making.

Yes, ICE was created after 9/11. Before that it was called the INS and they were just as shitty.

If the whole purpose of this "abolish ICE" thing is simply to replace ICE uniforms with INS uniforms and move them out from under DHS and back under the purview of Jeff Sessions then I call it a pointless movement.
