India: Update On Case Against RBI For Banking Restrictions To Cryptocurrency Exchanges
I have been diligently reporting on this case with as many factual updates as possible. However, in recent times Supreme Court has adjourned the matter multiple times prioritizing other cases over this matter.
Therefore, there have been multiple delays and I’ve had many of my readers from India ask me for an update. Currently as things stand, the matter is likely to be listed around the 22nd of October if not sooner. However, keep in mind as the Indian festival of Diwali approaches there could be further changes in the date.
Supreme Court of India also has a lot of points to review. You can review the statement from the petitioners fighting the RBI’s circular in my last post here.
This is going to be an uphill battle for sure and it will take some time. Be assured that I will keep us all informed as the situation continues to develop.

In my opinion ,crypto currency market is vast market in india,so any types of verdict of SP will make much impact in Indian politics too.It is becoming a very sensitive matters too ,because lakhs of Indian people have been involving in crypoto currency markets.So SP ,has to take time for study of it,which will be our plus point too.I am also very positive and optimistic about the verdict of honorable SP of our country.Thanks for the positivity and every updates dear,wish you good luck.
If they (govt or court) say no to cryptocurrencies then they would be virtually denying Digital India on the other hand.
Hope it is announced soon,i am really desperate to hear the decision.
thanks, firepower sir, update dene ke liye 22nd of October bhi jaldi hi aa rahi hai. par Supreme Court me bhi itni zaldi nirnya nahi hota bas fir koi nai tarkih, aapke naye update ka intjar hai.
Lets see by when the final verdict of court comes as it is well said "tarik pe tarik tarik pe tarik milti ja rahe hai judge sahab par bitcoin legal nahi ho ra".

@firepower, In my opinion this situation already expected and forecasted because it's an Ancient Practice for sure. But the biggest disappointing aspect is, this case is really vital because people are associated with the Cryptocurrencies and decision will going to impact at global level too, but yet case is pending and getting delaying everyday.
And in my opinion this will going to continue till sometime because this subject is clear but due to Speculations it became complex and now we have to see what court will decide about the Cryptocurrencies. But whenever and whatever the result is, we have to hold the same enthusiasm because we know that future is Blockchain Technology and Cryptocurrency Sphere.
