आज हम एक मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार की जीवन

दरकिनार कर विलासिता वस्तुओं को प्राथमिकता दे
रहे हैं। किस्तों पर सामान खरीद जीव व परिवार की
नींद हराम कर रहे हैं।
घर को टीवी, वाशिंग मशीन, रेफ्रिजरेटर,
मोटरसाइकिलकार के बगैर अधूरा मानते हैं। हाथ
में मोबाइल व हाथ में वाहन न हो तो शर्म महसूस
करते हैं। मगर इनकी पूर्ति के लिए आय का बड़ा
हिस्सा खर्च हो जाता है परिवार के लिये पौष्टिक
आहार तक के पैसे नहीं बचते हैं। घर में शुद्ध घी की
जगह वनस्पति घी, ताजे दूध की जगह टोन दूध
उयोग में लाते हैं। खाद्य पदार्थ की शुद्धता की मात्रा
भी दिनोंदिन गिरती जा रही है।
आज अगर चार सदस्यीय परिवार शुद्ध घी खाते हैं।
तो मासिक खर्चा 300 होता है व वार्षिक 3600 रु.
तक होता है। जबकि डबल डोर फ्रिज का 10 हजार
इतने पैसे में यह परिवार तीन साल तक घी खा सकता
है। फिर भी यह परिवार फ्रिज रखना पसंद करेगा।
क्योंकि वह घर में शोभा का व स्वय की प्रतिष्ठा का
प्रतीक मानता है। जबकि घी की जगह डालडा ही
खायेगा।
पहले की कहावत है कि कर्जा लेकर भी शुद्ध घी
खाना चाहिए मगर आज कर्जा करके भी घर में टीवी,
फ्रिज व वाशिंग मशीन खरीद लायेंगे। अच्छा भोजन
नहीं करेंगे। अगर वास्तव में देखें तो इनकी उपयोगिता
कितनी है ?
टी.वी. से आंखों की रोशनी खराब होती है । साथ
ही संस्कृति का ह्रास भी हो रहा है। वाशिंग मशीन से
बिजली व्यय होती है। इतने रुपये में तो काम वाली
बाई घर आकर कपड़े धो लेती है। वाशिंग मशीन से
कामवाली बाई बेकार हो गई साथ ही बिजली का
व्यय बढ़ गया। जो बजट को बिगाड़ेगा।
जहाँ तक फ्रिज का सवाल है, लोग कहते हैं।
उसमें वस्तुएँ ताजी रहती हैं जबकि उसमें रखी चीजें
बासी व सड़ती हैं। आज लोगों को बासी वस्तुएँ खाने
की आदत पड़ गई है। यह सब स्वास्थ्य के लिए
हानिकारक है। मगर बहुराष्ट्रीय कंपनियों के (बड़
चढ़कर) प्रचार ने आज इन वस्तुओं को मानव के जीवन का अटूट अंग बना दिया है व घर की बहू बेटी को आलसी व रोगी बना दिया है। परिवार का व्यय बढ़ने से जेबें खाली हो गई हैं। क्या ये उचित है
