Tumis Labu Campur Tempe / Sauteed Chayote Mixed With Soy Bean Cake (Tempe)

Selamat pagi teman-teman Steemian, selamat memulai hari di Jum'at pagi yang dingin ini. Hari ini saya ingin berbagi resep masakan yang mudah, sederhana dan menggugah selera yaitu tumis labu siam campur tempe.

Bahan-bahan :

  • 1 buah labu siam, kupas, belah dua, buang getahnya dengan cara digosok-gosok sampai berbusa. Potong dadu, cuci bersih.

  • 1 papan tempe, potong kecil-kecil, goreng sampai setengah matang, angkat dan tiriskan
  • 3 sendok makan kecap manis
  • 1,5 gelas air matang
  • Garam dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya
  • Minyak goreng secukupnya

Bumbu-bumbu :

  • 3 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
  • 3 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
  • 3 buah cabai merah (cabai bisa ditambah jika suka pedas)
  • 1 lembar daun salam
  • 1 batang daun bawang, potong kecil-kecil

Cara Memasak :

  • Panaskan minyak goreng di wajan. Tumis bumbu-bumbu hingga harum. Aduk rata.

  • Masukkan potongan labu siam, aduk rata. Tuang air dan masak sampai labu siam empuk.

  • Tambahkan potongan tempe, aduk rata. Beri garam dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya, aduk kembali.

  • Tambahkan kecap manis, aduk rata. Masak sampai bumbu meresap. Tes rasa.

  • Jika dirasa sudah matang, angkat, lalu pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk saji.
  • Tumis labu siam campur tempe yang gurih, pedas dan manis siap dihidangkan dengan nasi putih hangat. Selamat mencoba.

Sauteed Chayote Mixed Soy Bean Cake

Ingredients :

  • 1 pcs chayote, peeled, split in two, dispose of the sap by rubbing until foamy. Cut cubes, wash them clean.

  • 1 board of tempeh, cut into small pieces, fry until half cooked, remove and drain
  • 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • 1.5 cups of boiled water
  • Salt and powder broth to taste
  • Right amount of oil

Spices :

  • 3 red onion slices, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 3 red chilies (chili can be added if you like it spicy)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 leek, cut into small pieces

How to cook :

  • Heat cooking oil in a skillet. Saute spices until fragrant. Stir well.

  • Enter the pumpkin pieces, stir well. Pour water and cook until the squash is tender.

  • Add pieces of tempeh, mix well. Give enough salt and powder broth, stir again.

  • Add sweet soy sauce, mix well. Cook until the spices soak. Taste test.
  • If it feels cooked, remove it, then transfer it to the serving bowl.
  • Stir-fried savory, spicy and sweet soy bean cake mixed with chayote is ready to be served with warm white rice. Good luck.
