1. Steem Your Power Too Low

One big problem why your upvote isn’t replied is you only have 15 Steem Power (SP). All new steemian get only 15 SP loan, and steemit will take it home when you have your own SP of that amount.

SP which is only 15, will not affect the noble steemians who already have tens of thousands SP. It would be useless to upvote their article, even if you give it 100% many times. Level steemians who have 100 SP only not necessarily willing to reply. Especially if when you give upvote, Voting Power (VP) you live 30%.

Sometimes I am sad to see new steemans that aren’t cared for. They've been hard-pressed to open an account, spend long hours writing, tired to learn to post it on blogs, but get no rewards. I am sad, not to the heart to see it, but I cann’t help. Because I only have 52 SP and VP below 50% and very forbidden doing upvote activity to anyone. I often violate this because I don’t have the heart to let the person who has given upvote on my writing so that ultimately harm my own.

2. Voting Power (VP) Too Low
