Asian Food Festival @Taman Anggrek, part 1 of 47
This is the start of my Asian Food Festival post series. The food bazaar is currently running and hosted at the main atrium of Mall Taman Anggrek, Jakarta Indonesia. The merchants are collaborating with Yukk app for payment processing. Although, you can also pay cash if you insist to the merchants.
For this opening event, they also held a traditional cake making demonstration. As you can see from the photos, the demonstration was not exactly projected on big screen, so the audiences could only hear the instruction, but couldn’t really see the cooking process because it’s too far.
