Hundreds of Thousands of Rohingyas face Ramadan in doubt

in #indonesia6 years ago (edited)

The muddy soil, the fishy smell of the nose, the tarpaulins that would leak and even flood when heavy rains hit. In this largest camp in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh, hundreds of thousands of Rohingyas are counting Ramadhan retreat time with millions of limitations.

Nearly a million Rohingyas have now settled in makeshift camps. They live without knowing what their fate will be like tomorrow. Without citizens, no one can guarantee his future. That is, there are more than 700 thousand refugees who are now preparing for Ramadan in 2018 in refugee tents for the first time.

Data compiled by ACTNews, 1/3 of the 70,000 new Rohingya population arriving at Cox's Bazar live within the limitations. About 16 percent of the entire population is a widow who feeds his children without work. The majority of the population is experiencing serious health problems.

Can not just pray, insha Allah real action is being prepared, giving the best Ramadan to Rohingya. ACT will again channel approximately thousands of food aid packages for Rohingya refugees in camps along Cox's Bazar District.
