Sarden Campur Sawi dan Kerupuk / Sardines Mixed With Chinese Green Cabbage And Crackers

Hari ini aku ingin berbagi resep masakan sederhana yang praktis dan enak yaitu Sarden Campur Sawi. Resepnya sebagai berikut :

Bahan-bahannya :

  • 1 kaleng kecil sarden saus cabai
  • 2 lembar daun sawi hijau, cuci, potong kasar
  • 1 mangkuk kerupuk
  • 1 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
  • 1 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
  • 1 buah cabai merah, iris miring (atau sesuai selera pedasnya)
  • Sedikit garam dan kaldu bubuk (jika suka)
  • 1 gelas air matang (200 ml)
  • Minyak goreng secukupnya

Cara Membuatnya :

  • Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan cabai sampai harum, aduk rata.
  • Masukkan daun sawi hijau, tuang air dan masak sampai layu.

  • Buka kaleng sarden, tuang ikan sarden dan sausnya ke dalam wajan, aduk perlahan agar ikan tidak hancur.
  • Beri sedikit garam dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya. Cicipi rasanya. Masak sebentar saja.

  • Tambahkan kerupuk, aduk perlahan hingga tercampur rata.
  • Angkat, pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk saji.
  • Hidangkan sarden campur sawi hijau dan kerupuk dengan nasi putih hangat.

Tips : tambahkan bumbu pelengkap yaitu daun salam dan jahe untuk mengurangi bau amis pada ikan sarden.

  • 1 bowl of crackers
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 red chili, sliced ​​sliced ​​(or according to spicy taste)
  • A little salt and powder broth (if you like)
  • 1 cup of boiled water (200 ml)
  • Right amount of oil

How to make :

  • Heat cooking oil in a skillet. Saute onion, garlic and chili until fragrant, mix well.
  • Add green mustard leaves, pour water and cook until wilted.

  • Open the sardine cans, pour the sardines and the sauce into the pan, stirring gently so that the fish doesn't break.
  • Give a small amount of salt and broth to taste. Taste it. Cook for a while.

  • Add crackers, stir gently until evenly mixed.
  • Lift, transfer to serving bowl.
  • Serve green mustard mixture and crackers with warm white rice.

Tip : add complementary ingredients, namely bay leaves and ginger to reduce the fishy smell of sardines.

Alhamdulillah sy & anak2 suka ,makan pada nambah ,tapi ya gitu ,amis ,maklum ikan sarden pakai jahe mungkin berkurang amisnya
