Tumis Oncom Campur Rebon / Stir-Fried Oncom Mixed With Rebon Shrimp

Selamat pagi menjelang siang sahabat Steemian, bagaimana kabar kalian di hari Minggu ini? Semoga selalu menyenangkan ya!

Hari ini aku ingin berbagi resep masakan tradisional Indonesia yang sederhana namun tetap enak rasanya yaitu Tumis Oncom Campur Rebon. Bumbu yang aku digunakan sangat simpel tidak terlalu banyak bumbu. Langsung saja, ini dia resepnya :

Tumis Oncom Campur Rebon

Bahan-bahannya :

  • 1,5 papan oncom, potong dadu
  • 1 genggam udang rebon
  • 1 batang daun bawang, iris kecil-kecil
  • 3 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
  • 3 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
  • 1 buah cabai merah, iris kecil-kecil

  • 1/2 sachet sambal tabur (misalnya merk "Bon Cabe")
  • 1 lembar daun salam
  • Garam dan bumbu penyedap rasa ayam secukupnya (misalnya merk "Masako")
  • 1 gelas air matang
  • Minyak goreng secukupnya

Cara Membuatnya :

  • Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai, daun bawang dan daun salam sampai harum. Aduk rata.

  • Masukkan potongan oncom, aduk rata. Tuang air dan masak sampai mendidih.

  • Tambahkan udang rebon, beri garam dan bumbu penyedap rasa secukupnya. Aduk rata.

  • Masak sampai bumbu meresap dan airnya berkurang. Taburkan sambal tabur di atasnya. Aduk kembali. Cicipi rasanya.

  • Angkat, pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk saji.

  • Tumis oncom campur rebon siap dihidangkan dengan nasi putih hangat.

Today I want to share a simple but still delicious recipe for traditional Indonesian cuisine, Tumis Oncom Campur Rebon (Stir-Fried Oncom Mixed With Rebon Shrimp). The spices I used were very simple, not too much seasoning. Immediately, here is the recipe :


Stir-Fried Oncom Mixed With Rebon Shrimp

The ingredients :

  • 1.5 oncom boards, diced
  • 1 handful of rebon shrimp
  • 1 stalk of leeks, sliced ​​into small pieces
  • 3 red onion slices, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 red chili, small slices

  • 1/2 sambal sambal tabur (for example "Bon Cabe")
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Adequate chicken salt and flavoring (for example "Masako" brand)
  • 1 cup of boiled water
  • Right amount of oil

How to make :

  • Heat cooking oil in a skillet. Saute onion, garlic, chili, leeks and bay leaves until fragrant. Stir well.

  • Add the oncom pieces, mix well. Pour water and cook until boiling.

  • Add rebon shrimp, give salt and flavoring to taste. Stir well.
  • Cook until the spices soak and the water is reduced. Sprinkle chili sauce over it. Stir again. Taste it.
  • Lift, transfer to serving bowl.
  • Tumis oncom mixed with rebon is ready to be served with warm white rice.
