Meet Beitou MRT Depot 遇見北投機廠

This Friday I was fortunate to have an opportunity to visit the home of the trains of Taipei Metro - the Beitou MRT Depot. We were taken by a designated metro train to arrive at this venue and all passengers were thrilled and took pictures like crazy. I will share with you the cause for this visit in my later posts. But for now, let's just have a look at this mysterious (at least to me) industrial complex - one that makes me feel so distant yet so close to our daily city lives ...

這週五我有機會去拜訪了台北捷運列車的家：北投機廠。此行所有人是在傍晚時分，搭乘一輛指定列車，來到這個地方，所有訪客都很興奮，不停拍照。之後的文章，我會再分享這次拜訪的原因，但在此之前，讓我先分享在這裡照的照片，看看這一個龐然巨大的工業建築體，的內在與外在。這個跟我們日常城市生活，似乎很遙遠，卻又很親近的一個地方。
