The world has not seen inflation in over a decade.
That is starting to change. Many CEOs are warning that 2019 will be the year we see inflation become a problem. Many companies are already dealing with higher ingredient and transportation costs. These are being passed onto the consumer.
Wages also saw the biggest increase in almost a decade. This makes up a large part of a company's expenses. Higher wages tends to lead to higher prices.
