The Republicans and I don't mean the political affiliation that we see in the main stream media. I don't mean Trump, Clinton, or really any of the bozo's passing themselves off as Republicans or officials. They are not what I mean when I say a Republican. I mean a person who is a historian of the tradition and culture built by our founding fathers. One finds Principals running all through our founding documents, so it is not surprising that "The Doctrine of Non-Existing Rights" and   "The corollary, The Doctrine of Rights" creates a positive opinion on the sovereignty of We The People. 

"They", meaning the "Founding Fathers" knew what a Democracy was.  

Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch.    Liberty  is  a  well-armed  lamb  contesting  the vote.”

Each of us is responsible for what we manifest with our hands and is why our sweat equity is ours alone. The following is a snap shot of how a Republican uses the facts to determine the reason for the institution of Government and consent is a well discussed key to the development coming straight out of the blaze that the Magna Carter ensued. In my humble opinion we are all objects that are subject to the condition of Liberty, Freedom and Responsibility. We all are individually the only ones who can will the work of our hands and the real  corollary here is that we balance in our society Liberty and Freedom with being in a state of responsibility for what those hands manifest. 

The minimum cost of Liberty and Freedom has always been self education for the purpose of self improvement.

It is that improvement through self education that enables both the knowledge to manifest and the ability to be in a state of Responsibility. The famous Mr Ford's accomplishments in the Automobile industry is used as a case in point.  The Path Back to the Political System Our Founding Fathers  Intended– A Sovereign Life, Liberty,  And a Free Market By M. Kenneth Creamer expresses it this way on page 16.

"By capitalizing on his own human capabilities to maximize his own opportunity, Mr. Ford's cars and trucks raised the standard of living of all inhabitants in our Republic. It should not go unnoticed here that maximized opportunity, like the automobile example, begets additional opportunity throughout the Republic.

 As for treatment, in our Republic the agencies of government have no access to individuals except those who have contracted with said agency or who have been the subject of a complaint from another individual initiating a cause of action in the courts for some controversy or common law crime, trespass, fraud, murder, etc. However, whenever a cause of action is properly established, equal and just treatment is required and demanded by the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th Amendments to the Constitution.

Consequently, in Our Constitutional Republic as defined, one can say that every individual has a right to act in any manner he sees fit according to his own moral values so long as he doesn't interfere or otherwise influence another individual's life without his consent.11 In a Democracy, every individual is compelled to act in whatever manner the government dictates as sanctioned (commanded) by the majority. In short, a Democracy"

This brings about two doctrines which cover the total gambit of all human behavior.  The Doctrine of Non-Existing Rights states that “no one has the right  to  interfere  with  or  influence  the  life  of  another  without  his  consent.” The corollary, The Doctrine of Rights states that“everyone has a right to do or act or conduct his affairs in any manner he chose so long as he does not interfere with the life of another without the other's consent."Together, these stated doctrines represent the “Doctrines of liberty.” Page 16

The fact of any society is the necessity to have members. For if no one latches on to the idea that is the society, with full knowledge and consent even enthusiasm than the idea goes back whence it came. However if the idea is latched onto with full knowledge and consent even enthusiasm, than nothing can stop it's manifestation. An Americans true power is self education for the express purpose of self improvement. Only the individual has the power to change what his hands manifest. Only through self education will a man change of his own will. All else is an attempt at slavery.
