Italy Used 'Diplomacy' with al-Qaeda!
Diplomacy is usually used between two countries, can be used for all means from establishing ties, to enhance ties, to severe ties, to even strike deals away from the public, but diplomacy can never be used with terrorist organizations, that's what the Italian prime minister office said they've used.
In order to secure the release of an Italian 'businessman' held captive by al-Qaeda linked group in Syria, the Italian government used diplomacy among other means, as they stated.
Our question: With who the Italian government used diplomacy who has such strong ties with al-Qaeda linked terrorist groups.
