A Non-Lawyers Legal Argument for Nullifying the Legitimacy of Any American Court

People have been asking "why is america so lawless...how do they keep getting away with blatant crimes??" I think it's because courts don't have any real jurisdiction and haven't since 9/11. I think if you go to jail, it's your fault, because you haven't challenged the legitimacy of the courts. Let me explain.

In a court of law, I believe a pretrial legal argument--perhaps a motion in limine could be made in ANY case that the court doesn't have jurisdiction over anyone in America, because of 9/11

"Innocence or guilt is not applicable nor is any evidence or argument applicable due to the material fact of CoG being activated on and not made inactive since 9/11/2001. CoG is a mode of martial law that creates 'secret law', which de facto states that this 'secret law' supercedes the Contstitution.

Secret Law voids popular consent--the legal and ideological basis by which the co-mutual social contract of the Constitution is formed between citizens--and thereby voids the Constitution, because with this popular consent comes the understanding that the Constitution is the 'highest law of the land'--which is made false, rendering the contract void.

Since CoG and its 'secret law' are surreptitious, undeclared, made secret to the American people--even Congresspeople are told to STFU about it--it is valid to say no one would agree to terms they cannot know, and therefore secret law creates a prima facie breach of Constitutional contract. CoG's unelected activation was made through covert means--only discovered after the fact of its activation--and therefore, as a Government mechanism, it defies popular consent again, by non-representation. In toto, the social contract known as the Constitution, which derives from said popular consent was deprived of the same, is therefore void due to CoG and secret law, and therefore any and all courts derived from the same would be illegitimate"

If you are a lawyer, please tell me if this is wrong with specific legal examples and law/statue citations not just pulling authoritarian 'contempt of court' or old boys club type arguments'
