Homeschooling Protects Children from Violence and Marxism

The mass shooting that took place in Florida at a high school in parkland, has many parents considering home schooling.

We all know why shooter target school's, because they know that there will be nobody on the premises with a gun and if they were then they would be breaking the law as well.

I know that if a school shooting happened even within 100 miles of my kid's school I would switch to home schooling, because I know I will keep my kid safe.

School shootings are far from the only reason parents are looking for alternatives, there are ton's of parents who turn to homeschooling because school administrators fail to protect these children from bullies.

We must not forget about the disaster of common core you know the statist that imposed their opinion of how kids should be taught on the whole country.

We also have a political agenda that these public schools whether they know it or not are pushing and parents are starting to see it, with all the anti-gun and Marxism I don't blame anyone for taking their kids out of public schools in fact I encourage that move.

Ron Paul says this about Marxism in schools:

The spread of cultural Marxism has contributed to the dumbing down of public education. Too many government schools are more concerned with promoting political correctness than ensuring that students receive a good education.

I always talk about with public schools that they really have no incentive to teach, they can basically do whatever they want and still get paid unless parents are actually willingly to sell their house and move to another school district.

Is that not weird? that education is like the most important commodity, but yet there is so little choices of it. This is because government hates competition and when they run a sector in the economy they are very good at literally out right banning competition (US Postal Service).

Ron Paul continues to say:

Even if cultural Marxism did not dumb down education, concerns that government schools are indoctrinating children with beliefs that conflict with parents’ political, social, and even religious beliefs would motivate many families to homeschool.

This is probably more of the case then socialism being taught, as there are a lot of things that schools teach that go against what parents would like, but this comes down to the lack of choice not because people just are not willing to start schools and teach their own things their own way, but they are not allowed to.

Public schools are junk they don't teach the cause of the great depression and if they do they say it was the failure of capitalism which is bullshit, they don't teach anything about the federal reserve or examine our foreign policy.

I think when I have a kid I will be looking at Ron Paul's home schooling curricula, the problem is I don't know how much time I could dedicate to teaching him as my girl gets home at 8 and I work 2nd as of now, but I am sure I could let him go to public and teach him the truth of what they tell him.

The Ron Paul Curriculum provides students with a well-rounded education that includes rigorous programs in history, mathematics, and the physical and natural sciences. The curriculum also provides instruction in personal finance. Students can develop superior oral and verbal communication skills via intensive writing and public speaking courses. Another feature of my curriculum is that it provides students the opportunity to create and run their own internet businesses.

The government and history sections of the curriculum emphasize Austrian economics, libertarian political theory, and the history of liberty. However, unlike government schools, my curriculum never puts ideological indoctrination ahead of education.

Government schools rarely talk about religion, but I think it is important to understand the role that religion plays in history and if you can't talk about religion then you can't talk about a lot of history.

I hope what you take from this post is to dedicate yourself to finding alternatives to government education for your child, because if we don't start know then we are just making it harder for our kids to make that decision as well.
