Dystopian IMF Issues Stark Warning Over Crypto 'Rapid' Growth

in #informationwar6 years ago (edited)

IMF warnings are pointless routines. Meritocrats got what they wanted. Fear and perceptions are in charge of the game... as it always is the case with just any currencies. Welcome to reality!

That is precisely why we need a world without money, as it is impossible to protect oneself, unless one is part of the top 1%, because they are the ones deciding of what goes boom and bust. As already stated gazillions of times, competition as a concept fuels collusion, so there is no way around it. Money and competition are bed fellows. If we abandon competition, monetarism stops working because demand can no longer be created. This is a catch 22. If we say no to competition, money has to go!

This is the shabby secret of monetarism. Precious metals have too been manipulated for centuries, and so is paper currency, which appeared first in China, more or less 1000 years ago. No matter how we glance at the picture, the same flaws embedded in the system itself resurface.

Oct 9, 2018. IMF Issues Stark Warning Over Bitcoin And Crypto 'Rapid' Growth

FORBES.COM: Excitement around how bitcoin and cryptocurrency technologies, based on the blockchain distributed ledger, has propelled the price of many major cryptocurrencies to stratospheric highs over the last 12 months. Last year, the bitcoin price ballooned from less than $1,000 at the beginning of 2017 to almost $20,000 in December.

EARTH CUSTODIANS: Reality check, the rise of cryptocurrencies, and Bitcoin especially, are not linked to their "value" at all, but exuberance and faith. Fortune.com called it "excitement".

Continued rapid growth of crypto assets could create new vulnerabilities in the international financial system," according to the fund's latest World Economic Outlook report, out today.

Yep, exuberance and faith are a problem and if reading between the lines, that is what exactly says the IMF. However, emotions are always in charge, the material alone always brings about many paradoxes.

In February the IMF chief Christine Lagarde said international regulatory action on cryptocurrencies is "inevitable" and that the IMF's concerns over cryptocurrencies stem largely from their potential use in illicit financial activities.

Sure, and what does it mean? It very likely means that the banks are going to issue their own cryptos at some point, because "a" crack down is inevitable. No if but when.

Approximately $1.5 billion worth of cryptocurrency has been stolen in the past two years, according to McAfee... FULL ARTICLE: https://www.forbes.com/sites/billybambrough/2018/10/09/imf-issues-stark-warning-over-bitcoin-and-crypto-rapid-growth/#1b66e53e3544

So now the system has just added another layer of crime to all those already existing. Sound lucrative, doesn't it?

EC have a mixed feeling about Celente's predictions: the economy may not collapse "officially" just yet, it is going to be a slow motion choking trend spanning over 3 to 5 years, until we have a strong AI. In the meantime, social media will push the Hive Mind Model and Universal Basic Income down people's throats. If economy ever crashed suddenly, people would rebel, postponing their agenda. Now to be fair, Celente was correct once, the economy did really crash but then came all the QEs - quantitative easings- that prevented the total meltdown of the world economy.

Time to get real: they are not after our money but our minds and souls as explained in "The Cartels Of The World Become The Cartels Of The Mind" posted yesterday.

That is precisely why we need a world without money, as it is impossible to protect oneself, unless one is part of the top 1%

How will one protect oneself with no money?

If we abandon competition, monetarism stops working because demand can no longer be created.

Really? Nobody will need to eat anymore, or live anywhere, or go anywhere if competition is "abandoned"? The demand for food and shelter and transportation will magically disappear?

People being alive creates demand.

Here is the shabby secret of your "no money" economy, a.k.a. communism:

Choose wisely.

I am surprised that you do not grasp as why the FAITH IN VALUE as a premise is a fallacy to start with

Really? Nobody will need to eat anymore, or live anywhere, or go anywhere if competition is "abandoned"?

Contributing 3 hrs daily would provide enough for every man's needs. However, demand has always been DISTORTED. Hyperconsumerism and market obsolescence are for real. TV ad brainwashing too.

The competitIon game is RIGGED because of money... fraud is systemic.. and we destroy the environment on top of that. Once value is replaced with purpose, crime remains minimalist.

Look cryptos IS BREEDING MORE CRIME.

America takes down 27,000 threes per DAY for toilet paper ALONE. That is what money does, ripping apart the planet for profits

Contributing 3 hrs daily would provide enough for every man's needs

Is this a citation from the "Pull It Out Of Your Ass" encyclopedia? Have you ever tried to live off the land? The last people to live off the land here in the US were the pioneers. They needed upfront capital equivalent of 3-5 years salary. Tools, transport, supplies needed to be rounded up. Then the not so easy trip. Then the real work started in building a home and clearing a field. Then the never ending repair work and animal care and nonstop battle with the elements. The work was never ending. Seven days a week, from sunrise to sunset. Plus the constant pressure to make your fields productive before your money reserve ran out! So much fun!

Everyone I have ever spoken to that have attempted to live off the land speak of a never ending list of chores. It is no fun. Trying to contain the chaos of nature takes all your time and wits.

Here is the story of one idealistic young man who was going to leave the world of money and capital and live off the land:

After 13 years, he has learned that it is impossible to be self reliant and has become cynical while engaging in the free market system as best he can. His main regret is that he has so little capital with which to accomplish things. He says capital is very important to getting things done. Let that sink in.

Here is another guy who literally lost his marbles when he lost everything trying to set up a money free commune:

Fun times...

On the other hand, you can live in a society that uses money and live in a nice apartment, and make your money typing bullshit for a few hours a day.

America takes down 27,000 threes per DAY for toilet paper ALONE

America plants 4.3 MILLION trees a day.

YES 3HRS DAILY BASED ON THE RESOURCE BASED ECONOMIC MODEL. PETER JOSEPH EXPLAINS THAT. AND MICHAEL TELLINGER TOO.

All your theory is based on GREED, what has ruled the world for 1000s of years, so your vision is skewed...we are a society that is overproducing, overconsuming, wasting as if there are no tomorrows... and people must be workholics ... simple.... a money-free society can only work if a majority wants it, tired of living in system riddled with frauds and crippling nature... no secret.

America plants 4.3 MILLION trees a day??? another corporate data??? Just like for glyphosate that you showed me, and saying that glyphosate is not cancerous? Link???

I REPEAT: HOW CAN A SYSTEM EVER BE STABLE WHEN ONLY THE FAITH IN VALUE IS WORSHIPED... HAS NO REAL VALUE OTHER THAN WHAT WE THINK IT IS... WHAT IS AT THE CORE OF BOOMS AND BUSTS...THE IMF TELLS YOU LIKE IT IS, YET YOU CHOOSE TO LOOK THE OTHER WAY... NO DEBATE WITH YOU... YOU ARE TOO NARROW MINDED.

You'd better keep an eye on the crypto market, really :)
