Today, the fifth installment of Freedom is an Illusion we will be breaking away from Fed System. This will be our release as its the fifth installment. From here we will work, to turn the illusionary freedom into something tangible.

Are you ready?

Up until now it looked like we where done for. The elite bankers and special interests formed legislation to give birth to their system.

Who has the authority to make laws?

Just as the title asks, who has the authority? The way our country was designed was to ensure that the constitution would stand the test of time. What many I think are not aware of is, along with the constitution common laws where instituted to unify the land. These laws are still used today, NO authority can ever revoke or change them.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are
created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these
are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted
among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed”. -Declaration of Independence

Lets look at why this quote is important. Below we will define two terms.


We can define liberty as:


The Principle of Liberty - Consent and Jurisdiction, in order to possess liberty, it is
extremely important that you understand consent: our servant government cannot do anything without
our consent.

Consent: giving expressed (vocal) permission, inaction (saying/doing nothing) which raises presumption consent is given.

Understand now, when constitution expressly gives right to liberty, its also precluding any attempt by tyrants to diminish or circumvent the rights enshrined. Our government (legislative and judicial), rules by consent. "Governments are instituted among men, deriving their powers from the consent of the governed."

Lets look at the Preamble of the Constitution and a few articles that outline law making powers:

“We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice,
insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and
secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this
Constitution for the United States of America.”

Article I Section I states:

“ALL LEGISLATIVE POWERS herein granted shall be vested in a
Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”

Article I Section VIII, states: "

“To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers, and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the
government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof.”

We the People, The Grand Voice

Do you see now? We the People have vested power into Congress and The House, and upon The Courts, whom govern us by consent. We vest to powers to them. At any point should the government get tyrannical and oppressive, we can always enact an unified United States Grand Jury.

By forming a grand jury in all fifty states and all counties of those states the unified UNITED States Grand Jury, can indict public officials and or overturn laws, over turn corrupt justices.

We the People, We have the authority when we STOP consenting to these corrupted clowns. Is this why, entertainment is heavily emphasized in our country? Is this why in Federal Schools teach a borderline dishonest history especially in regards to our founding?

So, after reading this are you still interested in reforming our constitution? Reforming the grand jury? Do you still feel powerless? I dont, many Americans see the flagrant abuses in Washington.

It is my hope that by reading this we will stand together with a unified objective.
