FDA approves new SUPER OPIOID drug. YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. (Wish I was.)

in #informationwar5 years ago (edited)

You would think that the Food & Drug Administration, charged with keeping the nation "safe" from dangerous foods and drugs would have learned at least a little bit of something from the ongoing opioid crisis, but apparently, NOTHING can ever be allowed to stand in the way of profits--even public safety (vaccines anyone?) The new drug's roll out is coming with sacred promises that it will be much more closely guarded and regulated than fentanyl for example, which quickly bled out/over into the streets and kills hundreds every month in America alone, as we speak.

Here is the link:

https://thefreethoughtproject.com/opioid-drug-deadly-fentanyl-fda/

Here is a key excerpt from the link above:

"Palmer claims the drug will be subjected to much stricter audits and monitoring than earlier opioids like Oxycontin, which became so ubiquitous in rural America after it was introduced by Purdue Pharmaceuticals that it earned the nickname 'hillbilly heroin.' Drug manufacturers flooded small towns with millions of pills, filling huge pharmacy orders out of proportion to the population of the surrounding areas."

Oh, yes...and like Oxycontin...lol.

AND, to make things worse, the critics of this new disastrous "oversight" by FDA are claiming it doesn't even really work, with patients under test conditions admitting they felt no meaningful pain relief until having been on the crap for almost an hour.

So, who in their right mind has been pushing the FDA to approve this?

Somebody inside big pharma thinks they can market the hell out of another failed drug, that's who.

When will enough be enough already? How many more American have to die before these federal agencies are CLEANED UP. Oh that's right...the swamp is going to be drained any minute now...just next week...no the week after.

No....the week after that....

You sound very knowledgeable on this subject. Has Trump done things to fight the opiate crisis? I had heard he was trying to make them harder to get.

I don't know what specific steps the administration has taken, but I can say that a lot of the good things we hear about are routinely mitigated by the deep state (and/or are designed to be easily muted, or rendered ineffective in reality, after receiving maximum political impact up front.)

Oh! You know the truth. So many people don't know how to spot a PsyOp. A very well designed and thought out PsyOp. Ya know, the think tank kind. Good for you! Isn't Q a character on Start Trek?

Now onto the article, Dsuvia. It's new. It's improved. Better. Exciting. Amazing. Doesn't anti-freeze smell and taste good? I have no reason to believe this new drug doesn't cause liver or kidney damage or permanently alter brain chemistry. No reason to trust it at all. Addiction isn't the only issue with these pain killers. I'm sure we will discover one day how bad this new creation is. Why can't they just use nerve blocks after surgery?

Good point. All one need to do is go to an opium den in China or Southeast Asia to see what opioids do to the brain.

Oh yeah, that's a good point too. I remember seeing that somewhere many years ago. Drug induced lobotomy really.

Exactly. You can't tell me TPTB in this country letting opioids run rampant isn't intentional.

Wow... But Cannabis is the devils lettus!

wow...well with so much money that can buy so much influence it may take awhile to stop them from doing this kind of crap.

We need people to get elected promising...and WITH actual bills already written.... to eliminate lobbying.

that would be so good for the country!
