"The #memewar tag is the one that we use to promote memes related to #informationwar. We as Venezuelans, people who can easily get a joke, and tell a joke, are pretty good at pull memes and use satire."


It's no secret that since the beginning of the decade there has been an energy crisis in Venezuela. Specially since 2016, when there were strong energy rationing (up to 12 hours daily without light, in some cases), mainly due to a prolonged drought and the non-maintenance of the hydroelectric power stations. Recently, this power outages have been common again, even when rationing ended.

Well, a fellow chavista and his cat are experiencing that at their home. This happened:
